Lessees: There are approximately 15 lessees in the market at any one time seeking German lease equity on GOL deals and another 15 lessees thinking about tapping the market.

Lending Bank: There are approximately 40 active lenders at any time. The lender does not have to be German nor be domiciled in Germany.

KG House/Equity Arranger: There are approximately 15 active KG Houses, many of whom work with GOL Lessee Advisors to identify potential new lessees coming to market. KG Houses are paid by the investors and are seeking to maximize the investor’s return. Lessees may know some KG Houses or use a GOL Lessee Advisor to conduct a competitive bid.

GOL Lessee Advisor/Lease Arranger: The lease arranger is typically an international boutique financial advisor that works on behalf of the lessee. There are currently about 3 – 5 active GOL Lessee Advisors/Lease Arrangers. Lessees can contact them to ask for a bid to help with a GOL.
